Terms and Conditions for Dux Gutz Catering Pty Ltd
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using services provided by us at Dux Gutz Catering, as these are legally binding and form our Agreement with you, the client. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, unfortunately you may not access or use the services provided by Dux Gutz Catering.
Services
Dux Gutz Catering offers catering services for corporate and private meetings, gatherings, events, functions, parties, and other occasions. The specific details of the catering services, including menus, prices, and availability, will be discussed and agreed upon separately with the client.
Bookings and deposits
To secure a booking, a deposit or full payment may be required, as determined by Dux Gutz Catering. The payment terms will be communicated to the client at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule a catering event, please notify Dux Gutz Catering as soon as possible. The cancellation policy and refund eligibility will be discussed with the client at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy.
Menu and Dietary Requirements
Dux Gutz Catering strives to accommodate specific dietary requirements and preferences. It is the client's responsibility to inform Dux Gutz Catering of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests when placing the order. While every effort will be made to accommodate these requests, Dux Gutz Catering cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Liability and Indemnification
Dux Gutz Catering will take all reasonable measures to ensure the quality and safety of the food and services provided. However, the client acknowledges that certain risks and hazards may be inherent in the provision of catering services. Dux Gutz Catering shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the event. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Dux Gutz Catering harmless from any claims arising out of the use of its services.
Event Changes and Force Majeure
Dux Gutz Catering should be notified promptly of any changes to the event, such as the guest count or venue location. Dux Gutz Catering reserves the right to modify the agreed-upon services to accommodate such changes. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events, Dux Gutz Catering may be unable to provide the services as initially agreed. In such cases, Dux Gutz Catering will make every effort to offer suitable alternatives or provide a refund if necessary.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, associated with Dux Gutz Catering are the property of Dux Gutz Catering Pty Ltd. The client agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without prior written permission from Dux Gutz Catering.
Privacy and Data Protection
Dux Gutz Catering respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Any personal information collected by Dux Gutz Catering will only be used for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Amendments
Dux Gutz Catering reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be posted on the website (duxgutzcatering.com.au). Continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
