We offer a few different services to help best cater for your needs. You can pick up your order from our café/kitchen here in Milton, we can deliver and set up at your location, and we can have staff at your location to help serve and keep things smooth. We can also personally tailor a menu to best fit what you’re envisioning for your event.

We’ll have your order ready to pick up from our kitchen and take with you to your gathering. Our kitchen/café is located just inside the Lang Park PCYC building overlooking the main forecourt of Suncorp Stadium. Just park by the statues off Caxton St. in the stadium forecourt and wander on over. You’re welcome to stop for a moment in our café, too, for a rare moment’s peace. There’s a lovely breeze flowing through here most days and our coffee is exceptional.

Delivery and Setup

We’ll arrive on time at your location with food ready to eat in biodegradable platters and boxes. We’ll set it all up with labels, napkins, and any included cutlery, and leave you and your guests to it. It’s incredibly simple and ideal for any event where you and your guests are happy serving yourselves as you mingle about.

MINIMUM SPEND:

Things To Know:
  • Select a time as close as possible to when you want your guests to eat.
  • We arrive on time with the food hot and ready to serve, and require 10 to 15 minutes to set up.
  • Delivery/setup fee is inclusive for inner Brisbane suburbs, and a fee may apply for areas further afield.
  • If you would like to keep some food aside for later rather than serving all at once, we recommend you purchase our polystyrene boxes for hot/cold storage.

On-site Catering

We can be on site to help host and bring that extra touch of occasion to your gathering. Our professional and friendly team will set up, serve, and pack down and clean at the end of your event.

MINIMUM SPEND ON FOOD/DRINKS FOR STAFFING:

Weekdays 6am-8pm: $900 
Saturdays 6am-8pm: $1200 
Sundays 6am-6pm: $1500 
 

Wait-staff for up to five hours including travel time to and from the venue: $350 per staff member (4 hours on Sundays and public holidays).

Additional charge of $80 per hour or part hour thereafter. You will need 1 staff member per 30 people per duty.

STAFF DUTIES:

Food service staff: Heat, plate, and serve food, keep the area tidy, assist guests wherever possible, leave the area clean and tidy at the end of the event.

Drinks service staff: Serve simple alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, keep the area tidy, assist guests wherever possible, leave the area clean and tidy at the end of the event. Cocktail drinks service available upon enquiry. **Alcohol not supplied

Things To Know:
  • You must have an oven on site if you require hot food service. We can otherwise supply portable ovens at an additional expense (this can be selected from extras).
  • Your event location must have access to potable water with a sink.
  • Staff arrives 45-60 minutes prior to when you’d like to begin serving.
  • The minimum charge of $350 per staff member covers staffing for up to 5 hours (including travel time to and from the venue).
