Browse our full menu and place your order online at orders.duxgutzcatering.com.au. For custom menus, large events, or on-site catering, get in touch directly and Zac will work through it with you personally.
We recommend at least 24–48 hours for standard delivery and pick-up orders. For custom menus, on-site service, or large events, a few days' notice helps us do our best work. Last-minute orders are always welcome — just get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
There is no minimum spend for pick-up from our Milton kitchen. For delivery, please check our online ordering system for current minimums, or get in touch and we'll find the right solution for your event size and location.
Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll always do our best to accommodate — but changes may not be possible close to your delivery or pick-up time once preparation has begun.
In many cases yes — we're flexible with final numbers up to a few days prior to your event. Get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes.

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver across inner Brisbane including the CBD, Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane, Newstead, Teneriffe, West End, Milton, Spring Hill, Bowen Hills, and New Farm. A delivery fee may apply for areas further afield — just get in touch and we'll confirm.
Our kitchen is located inside Lang Park PCYC, 40 Castlemaine St, Milton QLD 4064 — right next to Suncorp Stadium. On non-event days, park by the statues off Caxton St and wander on over.
No — there is no minimum spend for pick-up orders. It's ideal for smaller gatherings of 10 to 30 people.
Yes — if you'd like to keep some food aside for later rather than serving all at once, we recommend purchasing polystyrene boxes for hot and cold storage. Just ask us when ordering and we'll include them.

Dietary Requirements

Absolutely. We cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and more. Just let us know your requirements when ordering or enquiring and we'll take care of it.
Yes — all items are clearly labelled with ingredients and allergen information. This makes service simple for event organisers and ensures every guest feels confident about what they're eating.
Yes — this is something we do regularly. We're experienced at designing menus that cater for a range of dietary requirements simultaneously, so every guest is well looked after without feeling like they've been given a lesser option.

On-Site Service

Yes. Our team can attend your event to set up, cook, serve guests, and pack down at the end of the evening. We also supply drinks service staff for cocktail receptions, with full cocktail bar service available on enquiry. A minimum spend applies — please get in touch for a quote.
Yes — we can supply crockery, cutlery, platters, and serving equipment as part of your catering package. Let us know your requirements when you enquire and we'll include everything in your quote.
On-site service typically includes arrival and setup at your venue, professional food and drinks service staff, crockery and cutlery supply, and full pack-down and clean-up at the end of the event. We tailor the service to your specific event needs.

About Our Food

Yes — everything leaves our kitchen made from scratch. We make our own sauces, condiments, slow-cooked meats, roasted vegetables, and baked items. We use fresh, local ingredients and never take shortcuts with food.
We use biodegradable and recyclable packaging. We take our environmental responsibility seriously and are always working to minimise our packaging footprint.

Location

We're based at Lang Park PCYC, 40 Castlemaine St, Milton QLD 4064 — right next to Suncorp Stadium. On non-event days, park by the statues off Caxton St and follow the signs to the kitchen.
Our kitchen is open Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, and at other hours by appointment. We may be able to cater for weekend events — please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
